Ms Elianys Martinez is an educator with over six years of experience working with teachers, students, and families within and outside of the school context. Her interests include youth leadership, sustainability, international collaboration, and the exploration of non-traditional learning spaces and initiatives. She currently serves in the Dominican Republic as a National Sponsorships Coordinator in an International NGO that focuses on children’s rights and protection. She also works as a consultant and supports schools in integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the curriculum.
