Adv. Marios Tokas is a Teaching Assistant and a PhD Candidate at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in International Law with a minor in International Economics.

He holds a Master’s in International Law from IHEID, an LLM in Public International Law, and an LLB from the University of Athens. He works as an editorial assistant at the Journal of International Economic Law (JIEL). He has previously worked for law firms and consultancies in Geneva and Athens in the field of international trade, international investment and environmental law, and European competition law. He is an Visiting Lecturer at the European law and Governance School (ELGS) on WTO, International Investment and Financial Law.
