Adv. Spencer Williams recently completed his BCL/JD studies at McGill University. Spencer holds an M.A. in Economic Policy from McMaster University, as well as a Master’s in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute. His primary research interest is the intersection of trade and environment, with previous research in Arctic governance and water storage infrastructure with UNU-INWEH. He has completed internships at the Pembina Institute, the Public Health Agency of Canada – Office of International Affairs, and the Trade Law Bureau at Global Affairs Canada. Spencer enjoys the outdoors and is an avid cross-country skier.
