Adv. Magdalena Stryja performs the function of the Spokesperson and expert at the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE) and the Erasmus+ National Agency European Solidarity Corps.She also performs the function of the Chair of the Science and Development Committee with the District Bar Association in Katowice and is a member of the Press Team at the Polish Supreme Bar Council. She is a member of the Senate of the University of Silesia in Katowice. She is a member of the University of Silesia-based bioethics research team dealing with legal and bioethical aspects of medicine, animal protection, and environmental and climate protection. She is also a member of the interdisciplinary Polish Research Team Just Transition, which aims at developing and implementing the concept of fair transformation in view of the necessity of transforming the economy.
Adv Magdalena Stryja regularly organises and participates in numerous national and international congresses and conferences in the scope of medical law, labour law and social policy, climate protection, and legal aspects of new technology. She deals with legal aspects of climate change, including the social aspects of retraining employees.
In 2022, she was the Organizing Director of the International Congress on Education Quality, the first event of the European City of Science Katowice 2024. In 2019 – 2021, She was a member of a research team within the project financed by the European Commission entitled “TRAIL – train in your language: multilingual, transnational training in EU civil and commercial law.
