The Centre for International Sustainable Development Law (CISDL), in partnership with the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (LCIL) and the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG) hosted the guest lecture and book launch of Prof. Hoi Kong’s NAFTA and Sustainable Development: History, Experience and Prospects for Reform. Dr. Marie-Claire Cordonier Segger (CISDL Senior Director, LCIL Affiliated Fellow, and C-EENRG Centre Fellow) and Dr. Markus Gehring (Cambridge Law Faculty, CISDL Lead Counsel and LCIL Fellow) made engaging comments to highlight certain points of Prof. Kong’s presentation and jumpstart the discussions.
