The Charles D. Gonthier Legacy Committee, the Supreme Court Law Review and Lexis Nexis are proud to announce the publication in a special volume of the Supreme Court Law Review as well as a book by Lexis Nexis of a collection of papers in memory of Charles D. Gonthier. These papers are written by eminent jurists, including leading legal academics, practitioners and judges, as well as upcoming new legal scholars. They focus on the three central themes important to Charles D. Gonthier’s legacy: Responsibility, Fraternity, and Sustainability in Law. All of these papers were originally prepared for the symposium in memory of Charles D. Gonthier, which occurred at the McGill University Faculty of Law on May 20-21 2011.
Exceptionally, a limited number of draft papers and other manuscripts linked to symposium in memory of Chalres D. Gonthier are made available on this page, in advance of the publications by the Supreme Court Law Review and Lexis Nexis. For the complete collection of papers, we invite you to purchase the book which will be published by Lexis Nexis in 2012.
